 If you are interested in becoming a Bluegrass Bobber retailer, tell us a little about your company by sending us the required information below. You can submit the pictures/copies of the documents through Bluegrassbobbers.com or to the company phone (502) 807-1791. Once we validate all the information, we will be in touch with you (usually within 2 to 3 days).  

1. Federal Tax ID Number (Also known as Employer ID Number; EIN)

2. “Brick & Mortar” Building and must be consumer accessible with regular business hours and stock a full line of fishing equipment (Pictures Required)

3. One of the following forms:

     a.   Sales & Use Tax Permit for your state ~ (Form 51A101(e) in Kentucky)

     b.   Resale Certificate ~ Form 51a105

     c.  Uniform Sales & Use Resale Certificate ~ Multijurisdiction

* Until we receive all the required information and validate your business, we cannot release our prices. Please understand that we do this to protect our current businesses that buy from us. 

* We do not offer bulk pricing.

* We do not run “sales” on our products (website or in person) so that we will never undercut our businesses that buy from us.
